Lessons in the City
The School for F.M. Alexander Studies is very closely affiliated with the Body Mind Alexander Technique Centre on Bourke/Elizabeth, in the Melbourne CBD. This location runs private and group sessions for both Alexander Technique and Yoga. For more information, please visit their website.
Transport Options
Tram: Stop 24 on 112 West Preston/St Kilda Tram on Holden Street (from Parliament Station)
Bus: Routes 250, 251 go past our door
Train: 5 mins walk from Rushall Station on Epping Line, or take the 112 tram from Parliament station (city loop).
Parking: There is normally parking available on St Georges road (watch for clearway times) or ample parking available on Holden Street to the west (turn left if you are coming from the city).

Why not think about coming to an intensive course on your next visit to Melbourne? If you give us enough notice we can book you in for daily lessons, or you can come to our New Year Intensive, which includes private lessons, group classes and the chance to do extra classes in applying the technique to voice an yoga.
