Elizabeth Best Teacher at the School for F.M. Alexander Studies

Elizabeth (Libby) Best trained at the School for F.M. Alexander Studies in Melbourne after a successful career in the health and community sectors in Western Australia. She came to the Alexander Technique as a way of working with whiplash and back injuries sustained in a car accident, after having tried many other treatment modalities. The changes she experienced with the Alexander Technique led her to take up the training to become a teacher.

Elizabeth teaches at the School for F.M. Alexander Studies and is available for private lessons.
