This course is primarily for Alexander teachers and trainees but those who have had considerable experience in the Alexander technique may apply to attend.

This will be run at the Maitripa Centre located in the Kingslake National Park near Healesville about 90 minutes drive from Melbourne.

There will be a very full program over this time. Besides Alexander work there will be early morning yoga and Alexander technique classes, daily classes exploring the Feldenkrais method with Alexander and Feldenkrais teacher David Hall, from Sydney, a course on working with groups with David Moore which will include learning how to write up a course application and outline for business or educational institutions, neutral mask with Paul Hampton, teachers and trainees developing hands-on and communication skills, working with singers with Jenny Thirtle and a range of classes with other teachers from the school.

People will also have the option of taking some time off to explore the Kinglake National Park and Healesville.
