Monday 3rd to Friday 7th January 2011

This intensive course is suitable both for beginners and experienced students of the Alexander technique and will be taught by David Moore.

The course will consist of the following:

• An individual Alexander technique lesson each day over five days with David Moore. These can be booked between 9am and 5pm.
  
  
• Three two hour group classes on the 3^rd, 4^th and 6^th January. From 10am to 12pm on the 3^rd and from 12pm to 2pm on the 4^th and 6^th.
  
  
• The option of a two hour voice class on 5^th January from 12pm to 2pm.
  
  
• The option of four yoga classes taught by David from 6pm to 7.30pm from the 3^rd to 6^th January

David Moore is the director of the school and has been training Alexander technique teachers for the past 10 years. He has been teaching the technique for the past 22 years and has practiced yoga for over 40 years.
