Alexander technique filled in the gap and answered all my questions. I started with the introductory one day workshop with David Moore in North Fitzroy and found it very useful. The highlight was the walking exercise where I felt as though I was hovering above the ground weightless. Cal worked clearly and calmly with me to release the stiffness in my back and I found myself more and more flexible and aware of my body's old habits.
