Adv Dip Alex Tech, Bsc, PhD, AUSTAT Member. Teaching interests: Chronic pain, pain management and yoga
 Jennifer trained at the School for FM Alexander Studies in Melbourne. Learning the Alexander Technique has helped her regain function following years of dealing with injury as a result of a car accident.The technique enabled her to learn to move within her individual limits in a constructive and easeful way, and she now enjoys freedom and independence from chronic pain. From her personal experience and the teacher training course, she has developed an interest in how the technique can be applied to pain and its management.
Jennifer is available on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons/evenings to teach private lessons at the Wellbeing Centre at the Abbotsford Convent.
