3. Rossella Buono

Rossella Buono moved to Melbourne from Italy in 2007 to undertake her training at the School for F.M. Alexander Studies. Coming from a successful career working with people with a full spectrum of physical and intellectual disabilities, Rossella was first introduced to the Technique as a means of her own rehabilitation after an accident in which she broke her leg. Rossella continues to explore the potential of the Alexander Technique across a wide range of contexts and applications, emphasising the attainment of lightness and ease of movement.
