Cancellation  Policy

PRIVATE LESSONS:

Full fee payable for cancellations received less than 24 hours before the appointment.

DAY OR WEEKEND WORKSHOPS IN MELBOURNE:

We will refund your fee less AU$25 administration fee payable for cancellations received  more that 2 weeks before the start of the workshop. The fee is non-refundable for cancellations received less that 2 weeks prior to the start of the workshop.

RETREATS & MULTI-DAY WORKSHOPS:
WORKSHOPS OUT OF MELBOURNE

We  will refund you full fee less an administration* fee for cancellations received more than 30 days before the appointment. The fee is non-refundable for cancellations received less than 30 days  prior to the start of the workshop.
