Set at Maitripa Centre within 50 acres of forests and gardens a short scenic drive from Healesville township, this is a very intensive course with teachers and trainees from the School for F.M. Alexander Studies. It is suitable for yoga instructors, Alexander Technique teachers and those who are serious, curious and open-minded about their yoga practice.
