Saturday:
10am – 1pm – Introduction to the Alexander technique
2 – 5pm – Smart Yoga Session one

Sunday 10am – 1pm – Smart Yoga Session two.

There will be a maximum of 10 participants for the workshop and there is a total of five private lessons available on Sunday afternoon
